Unlike the “inner” skirt which can be extremely tendonous, making it tough and chewy (this is the “fajita” cut typically found in most grocery and even specialty meat markets), the outer skirt is extremely flavorful and incredibly tender. Persnickety Approved!!

Wow!! Just delicious!! My husband and I are from NYC - so we are hard to please. We’ve always had the best restaurants and fresh foods available to us!! It sorta ruined us to be very honest. We live in NJ now and struggle to find good cuts of meat. This meat isn’t good - it’s FANTASTIC!! We’ve tried everything from Piedmontese (who we the WORST) to Omaha - nothing comes close to Happy To Meat U!!

Not thick cut

The bacon is really good,but as far as thick cut,, No,, there was no thick cut in this order, I received, although, the package, says thick cut, and that what I expected? But it's like every other bacon,, Thin sliced, I was disappointed,,

Absolutely the best

These are the best tasting bone in pork chops I have had in many, many years (70). There usually is a nice fat cap around the chop which is the best. However, I do not grill mine, I put them frozen in the air fryer and they come out perfect every time. The only thing that could improve is if they would put a piece of wax paper or something between the chops. Because I am alone, I have to defrost the entire package to get one chop out.
